GB&T’s e•branch Cash Management offers you the same convenient options as GB&T’s personal e•branch Online Banking service plus payroll services, ACH services and added security through multiple-user capabilities. As with e•branch Online Banking, you can also view current account transactions, pay bills, print statement information and download transactions to the financial management software of your choice, all within a secure Internet environment from the convenience of your office or home.

Our e•branch Cash Management services allow downloads into the following financial management software:

Intuit QuickBooks® (.qbo and .iif files)
Intuit Quicken® (.qfz file)
Microsoft Money® (.ofx file type)
Personal Finance® (.qif file)
Comma-separated format for Microsoft Excel® or other spreadsheet software (.csv file)
Text format for Microsoft Word® and other word processing programs (.txt file)

CheckScan Remote Deposit Capture Services

CheckScan, our Remote Deposit Capture service allows you the convenience of completing your deposits without ever leaving your desk. Within seconds, CheckScan confirms your deposit has been received and prints a record of your completed deposit. All of the information is securely transmitted using the banking industry’s highest standards of encryption. You’ll receive immediate credit for funds deposited before 4:00 pm EST. CheckScan offers a wealth of intelligent reporting allowing you to view and generate check images and deposit information with the click of a mouse. GB&T MasterMoney™ Check Card

Upon approval, you can get a debit card for your business. The MasterMoney Check Card works the way your checkbook works, except, of course, it’s easier. Use it anywhere in the world for ordinary purchasing, or at ATMs for cash. It’s a great way to manage business debt because, unlike a credit card, you’re accessing existing funds that never incur finance charges. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) ensures that only you may access your account information. The type of checking account you have selected determines any applicable fees.
